*	There has been a change of plans on Saturday practice timing due to
the availability of the field/ participants. All Saturday drills and plyos
will now be moved to 4PM starting tomorrow, 2nd December. Please don't come
so late as daylight time is much shorter these days.
*	Please let me know if you want to run together as an ultimate group
at the Terry Fox 5k run on Sunday, 4th December in District 7. 
*	Can somebody help our world-class Adelaide player (Huy Vu of
Restless Flycatchers) get into the fields? He is in town and currently
staying at: 12 Chau vinh te, quan tan binh

warnings to a dozen provinces on the main island of Luzon on Wednesday, as
