[UFOS] Notes for Singapore 2006

Hiya UFOS:

 

A few notes in preparing for the Singapore tourney:

*	Confirm your participation asap. It is recommended that tourney
players should practice at least twice a week.
*	Currently, there are 3 available practice schedules: Sundays at
3:30PM, Tuesdays and Thursdays both at 4:30PM onwards.
*	We are looking at having a Saturday practice from 9-11AM on top of
the current schedules starting next week, 15th July. Please confirm your
participation on this.
*	The RMIT students will be having a mini-tourney towards the end of
July (open to non-students). Please contact Vu (+84903059569) for more
details.
*	We need to encourage members and newbies to show up on Sundays
regularly-we need to keep the field as it is solely dependent on
contribution per practice. (I think this is a much cheaper way than putting
fixed membership fees for the entire year, so let's keep this as is...the
events in the coming days should be good enough to renew and capture
interest to the sport).
*	Thanks to Simon, he is taking the lead on updating our posters.
*	Suggestions and thoughts for the Singapore tourney are most welcome.
