[UFOS] Final Call for Team Vietnam Players and Saturday Practice

UFOS and Hanoi Ultimate: 

*	Final call for confirmation to play for Team Vietnam in Singapore on
9-10 September
*	I have gathered 6 confirmed players so far from UFOS
*	Mai Chu from Hanoi Ulti is expecting about 6 players from her group
(please confirm this, I'm going to Hanoi week of July 24)
*	If we only have 12 players, we might need to inform Singapore to
place some 2-3 players from outside Vietnam into our team (especially women
players)
*	15 players for team Vietnam would be ideal -- we can put up
offensive and defensive line-ups
*	Practice schedule at the RMIT field:

*	Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 4:30PM onwards (plyometrics and drills
happen at the end of the game)
*	Saturdays @ 9:00AM to 12:00PM (starting 15th July, read up on the
"Mekong" Stack flow for the drill session this Saturday)
*	Sundays @ 3:30PM (usual pick-up sched, but come at 3PM for proper
warm-ups) 

*	Opportunity to practice more: join the RMIT tourney (26 July to 08
Aug) -- send Vu an email if you're interested, his email addy is copied here
*	Please find the attachment: Team Vietnam Playbook -- this is a work
in progress. Let's go basic. No fuss, no frills. We just adapt the tried and
tested approach. More to follow.
*	There are a couple of ultimate tips and tricks in the UFOS website,
read up on them and recommend which ones you would like us to use.

It's about 8 Sundays to go before the tournament! Let's get disc-hungry! Go
