[UFOS] VN Hat - Volunteers needed!

  Hi All,
   
  Only 83 days left until the 2006 Vietnam Hat Tournament! I am quite excited, and I’m sure the rest of you are, too. Thanks to those who joined in our brainstorming meeting last week. You are studs (and babes, respectively)! 
   
  There is a lot to do to get ready, and we’ll definitely need a few more able-bodied volunteers. Please take a look at the checklist enclosed and let me know where you would be interested to get involved.
   
  Some items that require urgent attention:
   
  
   Sign field contract with RMIT (David).
   Finalize website (Tino).
   Send out tourney info to ultimate mailing lists,      get tourney info posted on other ultimate websites (Lester).
   Finalize the sponsors’ packet (Jeigh).
   Contact potential sponsors (Lester, Vu, Al,      etc.).
