[UFOS] Force Vietnam!!!

Hiya...

 

I'm not big on recapping the events (and I think David and Mai will do this
soon) - but big congratulations and a huge group hug to everyone for
stepping it up in some hot and sensational cloudy skies of Singapore.

 

Believe me, it's not that easy to be on the sideline seeing you guys huck it
and sky...you had some awesome D's (with countless turnovers; Stef your
turnover rate is formidable!), fantastic O's, a magnificent display of team
strategy over Huck Dela Cruz and a remarkable game too close to call it over
versus Disc Knights!

 

You're a solid force at the party with everyone ready to submit to the
'strip' call...and surrender it when someone calls it 'double'. 

 

To everyone who held the force in Singapore - THANK YOU! 

 

This is just the beginning...we have a couple of weeks to gear up for HK
(Oct. 28-29) and for some of us who will take on the world. I'm still
continuing some plyometrics and track workouts (5x a week) at the RMIT
field...give me a shout if you're interested to join. There's no better way
to recover from soreness than to go back to the field TODAY!!!

 

I am looking forward to waving the Vietnam flag in Perth...and I'm floating
off my work desk just thinking about it!
