[SUC] Bali and UPA Rules 10th edition

Yo! Apologies for spamming everyone, but I don't have enough time to email
this to those going to Bali.

Here's a quick stab of the tourney:
-Day 1:  Two fields, 6 teams, 45 minute rounds, games to 9, 20 minutes
between rounds, points strictly assessed for late starts.
- Day 2: One hour rounds for elmination games, 45 minutes for consolation
games. Games to 11, finals to 15, no time cap. Consolations fiddled with to
avoid rematches if possible. 

I'm attaching the 10th ed. UPA rules. We will use this one with a few
changes to be discussed during the captains' meeting. You may also want to
refer to the changes to the 10th ed. I emailed some few weeks back.

I've only ordered/ rented 10 male costumes and 5 female costumes from Nanang
(Stef Durian and Jon Cawkell should be excited we're all getting a Nanang's
over the top garb).

BRING ICE BAG. Bali is freakin hot+humid a durian smoothie is never enough
to cool you down.
