[SUC] SUC email list guidelines

Dear guys and gals,

In light of some recent carelessness / minor abuses of the SUC mailing list, I'd like to lay out a few guidelines. These should already be self-evident, but please review and be sure to abide by the following guidelines:

1. The mailing list shall only be used to send emails that pertain directly to Ultimate Frisbee and the Saigon Ultimate Club.
2. Any messages or replies intended for a specific individual should be sent to that individual only, and not to the club.
3. The mailing list shall not be used for any business purposes, including the advertising of products or services.

In summary, please use common sense and be considerate of others! The mailing list should serve a useful function; we don't want to turn it into a spam list. To prevent the likelihood of replies accidentally being sent to the entire group, I will change the default "reply to" setting to reply to the individual only. Also, in the event that you have miscellaneous announcements that do not directly relate to the club, please check with me first. If appropriate, I can include them as a footnote to the weekly email recap. Lastly, if you have any concerns that someone may be misusing the mailing list, please address those concerns directly to that person or to me, rather than venting your frustration to the entire mailing list. ;o)
