[SUC] "READ THE RULES" campaign + Olympic torch beers

Good one Vu! I'm all for this. 
FYI below --

There are two major types of governing rules if you play on grass/ turf:
1. UPA rules - we are now on the 11th edition. This is a must read if you
play in the international invitational team or hat tournaments (i.e.
including the Singapore tourney).
2. WFDF rules - memorize or die, but only if you play at Worlds.

There is also one official governing set of rules if you play on the beach:
1. BULA rules - get into this if you go to Boracay, Paganello, World Beach,
etc.

By the way, did the SUC form an information/ education unit already during
the Black Cat dinner meeting some ages ago? They should get on top of this
to do the translation and plan a course of action...
