Hi RUC, SUC n HUC!
   
  After the mini-tournament and the Spring league, I recognize that there are a few of ppl know the rules(excl. me) and arguments, conflicts definitely are the consequences. Am pretty sure that the most of students and some VNamese guys wont read it untill it is translated into Vietnamese, the words are so complicated I guess. I come up with an idea and I'd like to question and answer my own, hope u guys dont mind:
   
  Q: WHY DONT YOU READ THE RULES ?
  A: too long, too complicated, I dont understand even a word, etc....
   
  Q: WHY DONT WE TRANSLATE IT INTO VIETNAMESE ?
  A: Ahhh yeahhh,ummmmm, I dont know why so far, but why not ....
   
  Q: HOW DO WE DO THAT ?
  A: As u might know, beyond the skill, the knowledge is also the main weapon to win a game. My POV, we deploy a campaign called "Read the rules" which encourge people who are really interested in developing their knowledge. I mean "the campaign" because it needs timeline, deadline, task assignment, responsibility sharing, experience sharing, etc......

  I am sick and tired of being told "Read the rules", I'd like to say "READ THE RULES". If any of you are interested in this campaign, pls response your name, email address, fone no and "READ THE RULES". We"ll get back to you after gathering enough ppl.
