Dear SUCers,

Please be informed that RMIT will no longer allow automobiles to park at the

Subject: Parking at RMIT

 Hi Everyone,

I had a meeting with the property department and a representative from our
security team about parking at the sport facilities this morning as RMIT has
set up a new policy on parking for all students, staff and users of RMIT
Vietnam facilities.

These are the outcomes of this meeting.

   1. Motorbikes, bicycles are allowed to park at the fields as long as they
are parked on the side road beside the shed. (Basically what is happening
   now)
   2. No cars, trucks, vans, taxis, are allowed to park at the sports field
   under any circumstance.
   3. Cars, trucks, vans, taxis are allowed to drop off and pick up
   passengers and equipment.
   4. Security will strictly enforce these rules.
   5. Vehicles parked will have their license plate recorded and will be
band from campus grounds. (This means that you won't be able to drop off or
   pick up passengers or equipment)
   6. All vehicles can be parked along Nguyen Van Linh, after passengers and
   equipment have been dropped off.
   7. This policy will be effective immediately

I understand that this isn't ideal for everyone but these are the rules set
out by the university. Please see attached. Please pass this email onto all
your club members so everyone using the facilities understands this policy.

Should you have any questions feel free to email me.
