[SUC] Bali tourney 2008 -- URGENT!

Hi all,
I hope you are all having an enjoyable and restful Tet holiday!

The bali tourney is only about 4 weeks from now and I hope that by this time
you have already --
A. decided to go (100%)
B. decided NOT to go (100%)
C. will decide pending a few complicated things (50%-50%)

Can you please email me if you are either item A or C from the above
choices? I have already reserved the Vudoo mixed team slot for Bali and
everyone is expecting us to put a good show on and off the fields again this
year.

I would like to see a show of hands before Friday, Feb. 15 from SUC, HUC,
and RMIT clubs so that we can start talking to non-Vietnam Ultimate pick-ups
in the Bangkok hat.

The tourney default format is 4 men and 3 women. We are currently looking at
lining up a maximum of 7 women and 10 men; alternatively, we may reduce the
team size to 6 women and 9 men should there only be 6 teams in Bali (to
anticipate issues of playing time).

Please spread this email to members of Vietnam Ultimate who are interested
about Bali. I am already getting inquiries from potential pick-ups so please
help me avoid upsetting you/ your friends/ lovers/ neighbors/ pets later by
informing me of your decision before February 15!

David, Tino, Jon Cawkell, Mai Chu -- please feel free to add your inputs/
things needed to be clarified or added to the discussion. Thanks!
