[SUC] Saigon Ultimate Club Committee

Saigon Ultimate Club is getting bigger and we're leaning to no other
direction but up. As part of the club's 2008 plan, we are looking for brave
individuals who doesn't only have the playing skills but also the guts to
step up to plate by becoming one of the leaders that will comprise the SUC
Committee 2008.



*Equipment *– in-charge with the logistics of weekly pick-up games /
trainings.  * *

Point person for discs, cones, jerseys and field set up. We need 1 person
for this position.



*Field Manager* – in-charge with monthly / weekly Players' fee collection.
Field availability and bookings for pick-up games and trainings. We need 2
people for this committee.



*Treasurer / Finance Manager* – in-charge monetary concerns of the club,
task will involve accounting, book keeping. 2 people should take this task.



*Recruitment* – recruiting new people to Ultimate. We need a tandem of a
Foreigner and Local Vietnamese for this committee.



*Publicity* – in-charge with internal and external promotion of activities
and updates about Vietnam Ultimate. We need 1 witty and assertive individual
to grace this task.



*Training* – in-charge with introducing the game to novice players brought
in by the recruitment committee. Introducing the basic technical know-how of
the sport, watch their progress and making sure that they are having fun in
the club. The ideal person must be bilingual (so he/she can teach both
foreigner and local Vietnamese newbies) who doesn't just have skills but
also the heart and willingness to share the sport.



*Club Ambassador* – person in-charge with International relations for
Vietnam Ultimate. We need 1 person to take this task.





If you think that you could be of great help to club becoming one of the
committee heads, inform David Jensen or Lester Sualog right away. We need to
have the final list of committee heads before Sunday - 27 January 2008.
