[SUC] [HUC] hostels

Hey folks,

Based on past experience at the Singapore tourney, and having already stayed
out / checked out quite a few of the hostels, I suggest that Saigon and
Hanoi should go for the Fragrance Hostel. It's fairly clean, inexpensive,
right in the middle of Little India, a couple of blocks from the
registration party (unless party location changes), and easy walking
distance from the fields. If we go ahead and book within the next week or
two, we should probably be able secure enough rooms and beds for the entire
Vietnam continegency.
