Hello Vudoo-SUC,

To get us in shape for Singapore, I've developed a conditioning program for
us to follow starting from this week. The students are training like
energizer bunnies, and their performance on the field shows it (I know I
found it hard to keep up on Sunday, especially the last few points).

Conditioning is one of the biggest factors in the performance on the field -
if the other team can out run you, cut past you and beat you to the disc,
you're probably going to lose. On the other hand, if you're able to make
that long sprint down the field near the end of the game and they're left
lagging behind you, then you have a huge advantage over them.

So, let's get in shape!

Our goal as a team is to work out twice a week besides Saturday (and
Sunday). With our group, it's difficult to find a time for everyone to get
together, so the schedule is designed so that you can do the exercises on
your own.

If you're free, we're going to work out with RMIT every Thursday night at
8pm at Tao Dan park (on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai by Cach Mang Thang Tam). So if
you make it on Thursday, that counts as one day of working out for that
week. For the other day, you can choose to do either the running or the
strength/plyos (look at the schedule and you'll see what I mean). As another
option, the students are working out at Tao Dan MWTh, so you can work out
with them on Monday and Wednesday too if you'd like.

Let's feel number one joy exercise!

Aaron
