Vu and the rest:  will sort the government rules, etc. and will handle  
them for you. I think the FOCUS is for Vietnam to be able to send a  
national team. The Asian Championships for now involves one national  
team per division (i.e. open, mixed). By national team, BULA refers to  
the citizens of the country they are playing with. Involvement of  
expats shall be limited to a few players. Format will be 5-on-5.

Note: Japan has a strong bid to host the games in 2009.
