[SUC] Minutes from 11 May Meeting

Hi everyone,

In the middle of enjoying pizzas, pastas and barbeque ribs feast last
Sunday, SUC and RMIT had its post Summer League and Pre-Tournament Meeting.
RMIT Ultimate set the standards of having a more organized set of officers
and SUC looked up to them as a shining example of what a club should be, so
we decided to vote and appoint people who we thinks fits the bill in leading
the club and perform in certain committees.

Voted as the President of SUC Club has been elected – David Jensen his
position entails overall leadership and management of Saigon Ultimate and
making sure that committees are functioning well in their designated tasks
for the Club.

Appointed Vice President is Tino Tranm who still serves as the Club
Webmaster.

Secretary is Jeigh Santarina whose task involves keeping Club records and
documents keeping and sending out reminders to club members.

Anne Rodriguez will continue to serve the club as Finance Committee head
along with Bam. Keeping track of the club's financial matters.

Recruitment Committee is now headed by Khuong Tran and Vu Anh Vu. Their task
is to invite new people to Ultimate Club, conducting basic Ultimate skills
to beginners, watching their progress and making sure that newbies are
having fun in the Club.

Membership Committee is now headed by Lien Ngo, who will work closely with
the Recruitment committee and constant updating of membership records.

Equipment / Conditioning / Logistics Committee is now headed by Aaron
Toronta. His task involves securing field and game equipment during weekly
pick up an trainings. Handling other logistic needs of the Club.

Press Committee will be under the leadership of Mic Smith. He will be
working closely with Communications Committee (headed by Sarah Cunnian) in
further promoting Vietnam Ultimate with the use of Media.
