Dear SUCers,
Just friendly remind you about the registration for Winter League 2008. Please register as soon as you can if you are interested in because I have to draft the team before friday 14Nov. If you still in doubt, just go ahead sign up and tell me % probability of play so I can send you updated emails about League ( you may not attend 1st week but perhaps come following weeks).

Dear Ultimate Lovers,
Theme
On behalf of SUC I would like to announce the opening of short-season Winter League
The theme for this year-end League is
"Rule the Vietnam Ultimate world"
It's a play on the story of a very famous Game online Lingeage where races namely Human, Dwarf, Orc and Elf fighting to rule the ancient world.
Team
There suggest 4 teams on the way to rule the "Vietnam Ultimate world". Each team represents one of the above mentioned races. All teams fight in a round robin (3 matches), the semi then the final battle to dethrone the Monk (king of Spring League 2008) to rule all over Vietnam ultimate world.
Schedule:
RMIT field from 4pm - 5pm (sharp)
16Nov - 30Nov: Round robin (play every team once)
7Dec: Semi + Final
Suggested upcoming event:
One-day Tournament (hosted by RMIT students) on 13Dec or 20Dec-2008.
Due to a short season League so we don't really need to design T-shirt for every team. As a matter of fact each team will be assigned a specific T-shirt color (suggested White, Black, Red and Blue) for the whole League. Any team wants their own T-shirt design, please contact Mr. Vu Truong for very good stuffs offered.
Fee:
The registration fee include field fee + Water every match + fruit (watermelon or apple or banana etc every game day) + soft drink, beer, fruit in the final day + prizes + lots of fun and + etc as detail:
- Local player and expats (not beginner): VND 170,000
- Local player and expats (beginner): VND 150,000
- Student: VND 120,000
- High school student and baby (proof provided): free.
Please note that, if you have paid for the whole November, the registration fee will be deducted by that amount --> happy.

Please reply this email and cc s3102444 at rmit.edu.vn to register, upon the registered number of player, team captain will be chosen. After that everyone is randomly, on the basis of skill level, picked into a team. I really need these below information as you register:

We're working on designing some fun rules according to the theme to encourage more participation, involvement of every people in team, bring lots of fun and so on.
