Hi Thuy, 

Thanks for pointing that out. I checked my records and it does say you made a payment last Feb. 8. However, the amount is for 100K not 150K. I think it would not have been necessary for you to pay the full 150K because you missed Sunday pick on Feb. 22. So 100K would just be right. 

If you agree I will add the amount to the Sunday Fees Log. Thanks again. :-)

  Hi SUCers,

  To give everyone an understanding of what happens to the fees we all pay
  every Sunday during pick up, attached is the SUC Sunday Fees Log since
  January 2008 to March of 2009. This is a record of payments received from
  each player every Sunday as well as payments for league tournaments. 

  Please be informed that the fees we receive from each player goes to the
  monthly rental of the RMIT fields. We rent two fields every Sunday at a cost
  of 400,000VND for each field. That is 800,000VND every week. Our monthly bill
  adds up to a minimum of 2,400,000VND (3 weeks) and a maximum of 4,000,000VND
  (5 weeks) depending on the number of weeks we got booked. 

  Attached also is the RMIT Invoice Folder where you can double check the
  number of weeks booked every month and the amount paid every month from May
  2008 to present. It should match our records in the log. 

  If you have questions or you need anything clarified I would be more than
  willing to answer any and all inquiries. 

  A few reminders about Club fees: 

  1. SUC members fees is 50000VND (1 day) / 150,000VND (1 month) 

  2. RUC members fees is 20000VND (1 day) / 50,000VND (1 month)

  3. We encourage everyone to pay for the month as it saves you a few thousand
  dong.

  4. Please make your payments to me, Anne Rodriguez or to Vu Anh Vu in my
  absence.

  Plans for 2009: 

  1. We will be introducing the SUC Payment Log where you need to sign off
  after making your payment. You'll need to sign your name on the log to tell
  us that you have indeed made the payment for the day or the month. We are
  aiming for better record keeping this year to allow us to maximize the increased
  turnout of players every Sunday. 

  2. Proposal to have RUC pay a group fee every month since getting individual
  payments from the students has not worked this year. This will have to be
  discussed with the officers of RUC. 

  3. Look for a volunteer to help out with Finance. I'll need someone to help
  me with record keeping. Recording player turn out and payments every Sunday.
