WOW...A big congratulation to Bali team, you guys did a great job in Bali and really added up more credits for Vietnam Ultimate. We shall definitely show them more Vudoo power in the future..Yeah Go Vudoooooooo......

Hey SUCers!
 
A warm round of applause is due for the Vudoo Bali team (Lien, Thuy, Hoa, Sarah, Lori, Anne, Vu, Vu, Tuan, Tom, Aaron, Jeigh, Tino, Chad, Tyler, Philipp, David) for a strong showing in the 10th annual Bali tournament. This was the first time Vietnam has sent a "pure" Saigon team to an international tournament, and we can all be proud of the results.
 
Overall, Vudoo finished 3rd place, beating Discindo, Hong Kong (twice!), Jiwa, and Ultimor. We had two close games against Freakshow and Shiok (who ended up 1st and 2nd), and even though they claimed the victory, we proved to ourselves that we could compete with top teams. Especially satisfying was the semi-final game against Freakshow, when Vudoo battled back from an 0-4 deficit and began to set the tempo of the game, eventually closing the gap to 8-10, before lady luck gave Freakshow a friendly nudge to a 13-9 victory. 
 
Even more exciting is the fact that we were able to do so well in Bali even without some of our star SUC / RMIT players (you know who you are!). With a full squad, the sky is the limit....
 
So it's time to continue our training and set our sights on Singapore in August and the lush green fields of Manila in November....
