Sorry, could not make it to Hoa Lu yesterday due to work call but I did go
to gym today this morning for compensation ;-).  

 

I'm going to Nhatrang early tomorrow and won't be joining you but do hope
you will hv an exciting evening.  See you on Sun.

Guys and gals, 
Vudoo managed to have 4 members showed up yesterday to carry on the stamina
train and the result was great. This thursday will be more exciting with
more students show up and more exciting workout is being carried out by DJ. 
As DJ said, more sprints, more speed for those who love "fast and furious" I
mean 100m sprint. 
Be there at 7pm - Hoa Lu track.
