[SUC] Vudoo training & New schedule

Dear Vudoo,

Another great workout was enjoyed tonight at Hoa Lu. See updates in attached
training file! In order to avoid overlap with RMIT's normal practices on
Tuesday & Friday, Vudoo's training schedule at Hoa Lu will be changed
to *Monday
*and *Thursday *from 6:30 to 8:00pm. Please show up on time to make sure you
get a good warmup before we hit the full-speed drills!

Basic training plan for the next 2-3 weeks:

Mondays: warmup, 400m intervals, 100m intervals, cool down, stretching
Thursdays: warmup, plyometrics, 200m intervals, 50m intervals, cool down,
stretching
