[SUC] Saturday Training - Sunday Pick Up

Hi everyone,

First training of the year will take place this Saturday. 10am

We will have plyos and new drills! and RMIT vs. SUC Sting Scrimmage to wrap
it :)

Intense work out will start at 10am. Be a bit earlier for individual warm up
and 50s with a partner (50 Backhand, 50 forehand and 50 Overhead throws)

Sunday will be Pick up games. Discs will start flying at 330pm. Bring a new
soul! and ofcourse, your white AND colored shirts. Let's make Tri proud that
we know how to follow Club rules. Hehehe.
