[SUC] Saturday Training / Sunday Pick up

Hey everyone,

Saturday's training will start at 9am. We'll do drills and plyos. Start the
training with 50s to loosen up (50 backhand, 50 forehand, 50 overhead
throws).

David will be in-charge with the rest of the drill.

Last Sunday's pick up was fun, a lot of guests and some newbies and we hope
to see more this Sunday. See you on the field at 3:30pm.
