sorry I really couldn't get to the fields this morning. Long story. Sometimes it's not so easy to find a place to stay "or" you just don't have the bloody keys. Finally I'm safe for the night now.  

Tickets:
All AirAsia promotions are online promotions only (as Hoa mentioned).  
Buying tickets in the AirAsia office you will have to pay an additional service fee of a few bucks. In either case I recommend booking NOW. When the amount of avialable tickets get less the price will go up. And I bet flights to Bali around the Easter weekend will be sold out soon. 

An AirAsia office is on De Tham street (I guess you all know that office).

Btw they also fly from BKK to Bali but it's a bit more expensive.

JetStar is not flying to destinations in Malaysia and Indonesia yet. 
Too bad. Suckers didn't let me fly to Singapore the last time. 

Tiger Airways doesn't offer Bali either.
