[SUC] Congratulations to Vietnam Ultimate!

Hey SUCers & HUCers,

Hats off to Tino and Khuong for a great job organizing this year's VN Hat,
and to everyone else for pitching in! From start to finish, it was an
outstanding event, and lived up to the billing of the "Best Hat Ever"!
