[SUC] Sunday Pick-up - 18 January 2009

Hi everyone,

Disc this Sunday will start at 3:30pm. Come earlier for warm ups and will
start a drill or two (ideally) by 3:30pm.

Just a friendly reminder to the bring the following:

1.) Cleats or Rubber Shoes. Let's all gear up properly to avoid cramps and
crushed foot (after someone with cleats accidentally step on it)

2.) White "AND" (not "OR") Colored Shirts. To divide the teams fairly and
evenly.

3.) Your own refreshment. Water, Energy Drink or can Beers!

4.) Field fee. Which will be collected before we begin.

5.) Newbie/s!. Whom we can share love for this sport with!

See you on the field!
