Dear all,



As we were continuing to get a lot of complaints from the facility
users about the security company operating the construction gate last
weekend relating to that they aren’t very friendly and continue to
resist letting people in and out of facilities, thus to make sure that
this issue won’t be happened again. Kindly send you a softcopy of a
letter in both English and Vietnamese signed by Curtis & Hoa, Nguyen
Vinh – Campus Services Manager to notify Hoa Binh Security that you
all will have vehicle access in and out of the gate near the
construction site as many times as needed throughout the course of the
day.



This letter has been already sent to Hoa Binh Security for their
follow up and I would like to send it to you all as well.  That way if
a problem occurs you will have it to show Security in case.
