[SUC] muscle recovery

I would not say it punishing really considering that the key target  
for the Bali training is the premier players of Vietnam Ultimate.

 From the feedback I gathered and from following it myself, it's  
reasonable enough for the development of high-level mixed Ultimate  
especially in HCMC.

I would love to see more motivated, focused and super athletic Vudoo  
players in Bali.
