I would not say it punishing really considering that the key target for the Bali training is the premier players of Vietnam
 Ultimate.

Hi there comrades. 

For those who are still suffering from BKK (whether u ran toooo much or drank toooooo much),  for the superheroes who training intensely for Bali and all those who take ultimate frisbee seriously: to heal those sore and painful body
 parts u can go and make an appointment for acupuncture and get running in no time. The relief is sometimes instant!!!! It's all a matter of sticking that needle and get the circulation going again!!! Treatment lasts for about 20 to 30mins, 28USd, some do fall asleep - I even dream! Ha ha ha
