[SUC] Training

Hey folks,

Great training this evening! We did plyometrics, 4 x 200m, 5 x 50m, plus
some good warm-up and cool down exercises. Vinh, Nam, Ân, Trang, and Sophia
are definitely getting faster. Not yet sure about Tuan Nhi and Vu Anh Vu.

See y'all on Saturday at RMIT at 9am.

No disc on Sunday, as the baseball club has the fields booked for an all-day
event scheduled.
