[SUC] Vudoo training

Dear Vudoo,

Excellent training this morning! The adrenaline rush continues Monday at Hoa
Lu at 6:30pm. We'll first be running 1600m for time, followed by a few 100m
sprints for fun. I foresee many of you setting a new personal best. ;o)
