Dear Vudoo,

Great workout today! A lot of people set new personal bests in both the
1600m and the 100m. The stars of the day included Zach, who clocked in with
a 6:00 mile; Lien, who ran a personal best 7:38; and Vu Anh Vu, who ran a
11.2 in the 100m.
