[SUC] advice on babysitters

Hoa --

We are desperate to hire a babysitter for Sofia, and wondered if you knew of any agencies or ways to search for someone.  Any advice would be appreciated.

Alas, the grandparent solution is not much available to us due to age, health, location, and other commitments.  Meanwhile, Sofia is starting to resemble the Tasmanian devil from the old cartoons -- a blur of motion leaving chaos in her wake.  Probably you know how it goes.
