[SUC] Vudoo training

Dear Vudoo,

Congrats on another great workout at the track this evening, with a
bunch of people (Aaron, Lien, Quyen, Thuy, Sophia, Daniel, etc.)
setting personal bests in the 400m.

Training on Thursday at Hoa Lu at 6:30pm, when we'll be timing
ourselves in the 200m and doing lots of other fun and crazy stuff. I'm
not sure exactly what the fun and crazy stuff will be, but Aaron
Toronto is back so I guess that's enough!
