[SUC] Fw: Phnompenh HAT - Registration!!!

No budget airline available. Royal Khmer & PMT don't do HCMC. 

Afaik the cheapest deal if you book right now would be with Vietnam Airlines. However it's still about VND 2.4mio. 
Takeoff is 7:30pm, SUN.
